It is so easy to schedule an appt at Grace and the staff is very friendly. Tiffany is very thorough and she is the kindest medical professional I have met. She listens and makes you feel at ease. I am very thankful for her and the entire staff.

We have been going to Grace Family for over 10 yrs now and everyone that we encountered their have been 100% professional. They take their time to take care of your needs and truly listen well. This place is staffed with kind, knowledgeable, and caring professionals. This is a great family doctor office.

We established new patient care with Dr. Phillips. We were delayed being seen because she was running behind. After meeting with we understand. She is very thorough! We appreciated her interest with our concerns. She is very knowledgeable about a lot of health issues and doesn’t really believe in just writing prescriptions. She is about whole person care. So happy we left Rancho Medical!

The providers take their time to discuss your health. Tiffany Kaufman is our family favorite as she is very thoughtful, caring and thorough. We have never left an appointment feeling rushed or like we forgot to go over something.

This review is for Tiffany Kaufman, PA. Long overdue praise. She is truly the best! When you finally hit 51 years old, you know the keepers. She takes great care of me when I do not take care of myself. I am finally listening to her. I love that she does not get on my case because she understands that I know better. Love her!

Only have been going here a couple years, a couple times, but for the first time, I feel like I'm actually being listened to and helped. They also have a great on line patient portal that shows your test results, what was discussed at your last appointment, etc. FNP Michelle Broad is excellent, so glad I discovered her with this medical group. Front staff always professional and friendly.

Very nice staff to greet you as soon as you arrive. Didn't wait long at all to see Dr. Phillips. She was very nice and easy to talk with. Received notes on my visit & lab results via email within a few days. Will review results with her via FaceTime in a few weeks. Highly recommend Dr. Phillips.

I have been going to Grace Family Health for a few years now. Love everyone here! Dr. Lily Phillips is amazing, she does always run behind with her appointments, but well worth the wait. Dr. Robert Phillips is also wonderful, just started seeing him, and he is very knowledgeable and kind. Won't go anywhere else! The staff is always friendly.

Tiffany is an incredible provider. I have a very deep phobia of going to the doctor, and Tiffany made the experience so great. She made me feel comfortable and hopeful. Nicole, the medical assistant, was also amazing! She helped me feel ready to discuss my concerns with Tiffany by being kind, patient, and uplifting.

My wife and I have been using Grace Family Health and Lily Phillips as our primary physician for years. Each provider we see there seems to be genuinely interested in our health and wellbeing. All are friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve probably seen Tiffany more often than the others, and we feel confident that we are getting the care and treatment we need. She always listens and asks the right questions. We highly recommend them as health care providers.
